The brutal math

You're running a $3 million operation with quarterly visibility

Amazon settles weekly. You pay drivers biweekly. Fuel hits daily. And your CPA sends you a P&L forty-five days after the quarter closes. That's not a financial system — that's praying.

Your margin is 8% on a good week

One rescued route, one ghost overtime shift, one fuel card leak — and the whole week goes red. But you won't see it until April when your tax prep finally gets uploaded.

Cost of blindness: $4K–$12K/month

Your data is trapped in 4 silos

QuickBooks, ADP or Gusto, the Amazon Logistics portal, and your fuel card dashboard. Your CPA sees QBO. You see delivery rosters. Nobody sees the full picture — except the DSPs who pay for this.

Time cost: every Sunday of your life

Your CPA doesn't speak DSP

They code "driver wages" to one account and move on. They don't know what a rescue costs, why Day-1 Pay is different, or how settlement variance works. You're paying for generic accounting and hoping it fits a very not-generic business.

Hidden cost: uncategorized profit leaks

Which 2 routes lost money last week?

If you can't answer that in thirty seconds, you're not alone. Most DSP owners we talk to know their Amazon Scorecard score to the decimal — but their profit-per-route is a shrug. We built DSP Scoreboard for exactly this moment. The same specificity Amazon gives your safety metrics. For your money.

What you get

Full bookkeeping + the 6 KPIs that actually move your P&L

We do your books in QuickBooks every week, then transform them into a DSP-specific dashboard your competitors don't have. This is the operating system Amazon didn't build for you — refined across 200+ DSP engagements and over $180M in settlements reconciled.

01 / ROUTE ECONOMICS

Cost per route & per package

Most DSPs run routes at $1.47 per package and get paid $1.62 — a 9% margin that vanishes the second a driver clocks two hours of overtime. We calculate your true, fully-loaded cost per package weekly. Fuel, wages, vehicle depreciation, insurance, rescue pay — pushed down to every single package you deliver.

  • Cost per route (daily & weekly)
  • Cost per package, fully loaded
  • Revenue per route from settlement
02 / DRIVER INTELLIGENCE

Driver cost per hour & OT ratio

Your fastest driver might be your least profitable. One DA with chronic overtime and a low package count can cost you $800 a month more than a slightly slower driver who finishes on time. You can't fix what you can't see — until now.

  • Driver cost per hour, fully loaded
  • Overtime ratio ranked by driver
  • Packages-per-hour efficiency
03 / VAN & FUEL

Fuel & maintenance per van

The oldest van in your fleet is probably eating $400+ a month in repairs you're not catching. Fuel cards leak money silently — one rogue swipe goes unnoticed for weeks. We tag every dollar to a VIN so you know which van is a profit center and which is a money pit.

  • Fuel cost per van per week
  • Maintenance cost per mile
  • Van lifetime P&L scorecard
04 / ROUTE P&L

Every route ranked by profit

The core view: every route, every week, ranked by net profit. Underperformers flagged red and escalated to your inbox. Peak vs non-peak comparison built in — so you know if it's the route that's broken or just the season.

  • Route profit (daily + weekly)
  • Auto-flagged underperformers
  • Peak / non-peak seasonality view
05 / PAYROLL LEAKAGE

Catch the leaks before payroll runs

The average DSP leaks 6–9% of payroll to OT creep, rounding errors, and misclassification. On a $1.2M annual payroll, that's $72K–$108K walking out the door every year. We catch it on Wednesday — before Thursday's run — and email you the fix.

  • Weekly overtime alerts by driver
  • Cost leakage detection & flagging
  • Misclassification & ghost hour warnings
06 / FULL BOOKKEEPING

Your books in QBO, done weekly

A DSP-trained bookkeeper running your books every single week. Settlement reconciliation, fuel card imports, payroll allocation, rescue pay, 1099 tracking — the whole thing. Month-end closes in three days, not thirty. Tax-ready all year, not a March scramble.

  • Weekly QBO reconciliation
  • DSP-specific chart of accounts
  • Month-end close + tax-ready reports

You keep the report whether you sign up or not. No hard sell. No "limited-time" nonsense. Just numbers you can act on Monday morning.

Questions

Everything DSP owners ask us

Do I need to fire my current bookkeeper?

Yes — we replace your current bookkeeper with a DSP-specialized one. Generalist bookkeepers can't build the per-route KPIs you need, because your chart of accounts and cost allocations have to be set up specifically for DSP operations, settlement accounting, and driver payroll structures. Half-measures don't work here.

What payroll systems do you support?

Gusto, ADP Run, Paychex Flex, QuickBooks Payroll, and Paylocity out of the box. Anything that exports to CSV works. If your provider isn't listed, we'll confirm compatibility during the 15-minute onboarding call.

How do you get route-level data from Amazon?

We pull your weekly Amazon Logistics settlement reports and match them against your QBO revenue. Route-level operational data comes from your daily dispatch manifests — we'll walk you through the two-minute export process on day one. You never have to give us your Amazon login credentials.

Is DSP Scoreboard affiliated with Amazon?

No. DSP Scoreboard is an independent bookkeeping and analytics service operated by 92 Accountants. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "DSP" in our name refers to the industry category, not to any Amazon program branding.

How secure is my financial data?

Read-only OAuth access wherever supported (QBO, Gusto). All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We're on a SOC 2 Type I roadmap. Happy to sign an NDA before any audit. We never sell, share, or benchmark your data without explicit written consent.

What if I cancel?

Cancel any time — no annual lock-ins. Your QBO file is in your own Intuit account, never ours. We provide a clean 30-day handoff with a final closing package so a new bookkeeper can pick up without missing a beat.

How long does onboarding really take?

Seven days from signed agreement to first live scoreboard. Day 1 is the 15-minute onboarding call. Days 2–5 are reconciliation, chart of accounts migration, and feed connection. Day 6 is QA. Day 7 your first Monday scoreboard hits your inbox. No "we'll have it ready in 60 days" games.

My books are a mess. Can you still help?

Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping for up to 90 days of back-work is included free for beta customers. If you have more than 90 days of cleanup, we quote it separately and roll it into month one at cost. We've inherited some seriously tangled books — we have a process.
